Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never they would reply or provide help, i m waiting 3months from feb still no luck in getting this fixed. Samsung nor Bestbuy would help. Please throw this out and buy new one, waste of money to both samsung n bestbuy. Please dont pay for geeksquad as they would outsource to someone n they wont warranty their work.
