• Yes... it has indicator lights to signify time left on cycle.

• The blue in-use light as well as the time remaining indicator on the top of the door are both visible when the door is closed. There is an intentional gap of about 3/8" between the door top and counter.

• With ours, the blue lights on top can be seen while the dishwasher is working. So for us, yes it shows

• Yes the light is on the top of door on the control panel but you can still see it with the door closed. Bright enough to see it through the space between the countertop and top of the door
