QuestionDoes this player support Dolby Atmos? Description says model M87500 supports Dolby Atmos but what does that mean in terms of this model M7500? When I play 4k Blu-rays encoded with Dolby Atmos I do not get it played back in Dolby Atmos. Very frustrating!

- Answer Use HDMI 2.0a or b Cables for HDR and bitstream for Dolby Atmos . These are the newest HDMI cable specs

- Answer I don't know for sure about it playing DVD that were made in another country. I do know it will play movies in different languages. I would assume that they are all made on the same premise, so they logically should play in your machine. I wish I could be of more help but I don't buy DVDs from outside of the United States. Sorry

QuestionOur remote stopped working. I've removed the batteries and drained remote, but it still doesn't work. We just purchased the player 3 days ago. What else can we do to get the remote to work???

- Answer yes you can stream but it must be wired. This is not wifi capable.
