It did list the chapters because I purposely scripted them in the creation process. If you don't edited while
capturing streaming content becomes what you put in is what you get out.
A:AnswerUser Manual explains "playback related buttons." Remote has two repeat buttons. AB button plays selected parts of disc repeatedly. Repeat button repeats title, chapter, track or disc. I have not used either. This is an inexpensive player which I mated w/smart Samsung TV. I do not stream, so wireless was not important to me. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerOK, this may sound dumb, but do you have the batteries installed correctly ? Are the batteries new ? If the answer is yes to both questions, you can push the "play" button on the front of the unit. If the movie then starts, and your batteries are new and installed correctly, then it sounds like the remote is defective. I would return the the unit to Best Buy and exchange for another one.
