- Answer You’ll need to purchase an HDMI splitter with one HDMI input and two HDMI outputs. You’ll also need a second HDMI cord. Then you can hook the splitter up to the device and both HDMI’s to each screen.

QuestionHow do you get this unit to play a USB device (i.e. iPad or USB flash drive?) Does it need to have the Ethernet cable connected in order to do that? I could not "change device" and it just keeps asking to close the door with the DVD in it.

- Answer Make sure your flash drive is formatted for NTSF. The Samsung won't recognize FAT32 or other formats.
