QuestionI'm having trouble connecting to the internet. I turn on the mobile hotspot but it wont show up in the network settings and I reset everything both the Player and the phone there werent any settings preventing this. It connects to my Nintendo Switch.Help?

- Answer Wi-fi ready players are generally not wi-fi broadcast devices. If you do not have wi-fi in your home, you will need to install some type of wi-fi device to broadcast wi-fi or send a signal through LAN cable.

QuestionMy current Blu-ray does not seem to play the new Blu-ray DVDs I am buying. Does this unit play all types of Blu-ray formats (if there are such things)?

- Answer If you are purchasing UHD 4K discs, your old Blu-ray players will not play those. If you purchase a modern UHD 4K player, it should play all versions of DVD and Blu-ray discs which are compatible to your region. This model is not region free without adjustment which may or may not invalidate your warranty.
