Can this be used with a Samsung 7S edge phone? null

It can be used with any device equipped with USB C

You should really ask Samsung for that answer. I tried using it with my s8 and the charge time displayed on my phone was the same as the OEM charging brick so I disconnected the device and just use the oem charger for my s8. You don't want to risk damaging your phone or the battery in your s7.
