No... Where did you purchased your charger from? Getting charger from third parties may be fake even look same on outside, including all the labeling ... For Samsung phones, i highly recommended & suggest using Samsung Chargers Only & Only Purchasing Samsung Chargers from Reputable Retailers like BBuy, Samsung... Why risk damaging your expensive Samsung Phone to save few dollars on Charger?

Yes mine does this too. Mine also stopped charging any device after about 2 months of use
