I used this with my Windows Computer & it worked well to back up all my files. I also moved all files from an older mechanical hard drive. "The T5 comes embedded with an intuitive software for PCs and Macs". It also has "USB Type-C to C cable & USB Type-C to A cable" so as long as you have a USB port you should be fine with transferring files.
