• To be sure your talking about the Samsung drive listed there correct? that's not a hard drive it's a Solid State Drive. it's flash based memory, there are no moving parts. no disk, no spinning

• A Solid State Drive does not rotate so there is no RPM to measure. They do have a speed measurement but I am not familiar with the Samsung SST.

• This is a solid state drive, so there are no spinning parts. If you are wanting to understand the speed by which files can transfer, note that this drive is USB 3.1 Gen 2 which supports 10Gbps. This offers twice the speed of older USB 3.0 (or USB 3.1 Gen 1) drives..

• Solid state drives do not have an rpm because they do not have any moving parts. That is partially why they are so fast.
