I just got the monitor and unlike you did not do my research. This monitor can not be hooked up to the VESA mount unfortunately. It is a good monitor, but the design engineers made it slant at an angle so that the top of the screen is closer to the user than the bottom. I hope you can picture what i am saying, there is no VESA mounts in which you could mount this screen to a monitor arm or the like unfortunately. With that being said its still a good monitor and i like it, and will do without being able to mount it on a monitor arm.
