Q: QuestionIf I plug this in to my desktop that only has USB 3.0, how slow will the read write speeds be? Would it still be worth the purchase?

• A:Answer Bob, the ports speeds between 3.0 vs 3.1 is 2X. So speeds will always be dependent on the port and the processor speeds of the device it's plugged into. The max read/write speeds of the Samsung T7 are 1,050/1,000MB/s, respectively. Hope this helps
