I was using multiple brand chargers in different vehicles for my Samsung S6 Edge. I still use the same chargers using the adapter for the S10.

If your LG charger is a regular to slow charger, it should not be be a problem for the S10 charge circuit to handle the amperage output. A regular or slow charger does have longer charge time than the Samsung 45w Fast Charger.

Provided your cable that came with the phone and the cable you’re putting this adapter on don’t have a charging block made into them, you could use both CABLES interchangeably with the adapter on your old cable and the charging block from the phone. If you wanted to use the charging block from your old cable, or if the cables have the charging block made into them, you’ll have to check the electrical output on each to see if they are compatible.
