Greetings, Lu. Thank you for reaching out with your question. The Gear S2 has a specialized charging dock. If you bought this Wall Charger the cord wouldn't be used between the wall plug and the charging dock, but the charging dock can plug into the wall plug. I hope this helps with your question. ^Viv
