Q: QuestionDo you have to assemble it?

Asked 6 months ago by Anonymous.

This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer - Brushed Black

• A:Answer Hi there, finding a way to make loading and unloading more comfortable before getting everything set up is a smart move. The Samsung washing machine pedestal is not shipped fully assembled. It comes with the necessary hardware and instructions, and it’s designed to be assembled and then installed under a compatible washer. The washer itself is heavy, so having an extra set of hands can help during installation. Here’s a handy link to a visual guide on how to install your Samsung laundry pedestal or riser: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10006907/ Glad to help shed some light on this. Q: QuestionI only found out about these pedestal's after I had already had the new Washer/Dryer installed. If I have them delivered, can I pay extra to have them installed? The Dryer wouldn't be much of a problem, but that washer is HEAVY.
