“Why does this "dishwasher" not wash dishes, or dry them? I just bought this one two months ago and have had a new motor, new control panel, and all the tricks in the book tried. Still junk! Very disappointing because we wanted the whole matching kitchen”

We had same experience. Best Buy replaced it with newer cheaper black stainless Samsung model. We are hoping for better results with our different model.
