“Is WIS12ABGNX LAN adapter compatible with tv UN55C8000XF model 2010 ? I have a 2010 Samsung tv model UN55C800XF and I attached to it a samsung wireless adapter model WIS12ABGNX to connect wireless to a Verizon wireless modem for internet@tv. Every time I turn the tv on and try to connect to the Internet@tv I get a message: " service is unavailable due to network interference" and I can not access my Netflix account. I spoke with my internet provider Verizon and with Samsung technical support and both party assured me the internet is working well and the tv is properly set up, but I can not connect !? Any idea why ? Is this the right wireless connector for this tv ? I do not have any other wireless equipment connected to the network but my Apple phones and laptops. Thank you”
