Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it is a bad connection to the charger,, therefore take it back to store. When it connects and is good and has been charged for 4 hours prior to use, the lights will be red and green.

I just believe it's really a sensitive charger. This is my second one and it does the same thing. I don't know if you aware of the new Samsung charger that just came out, it's suppose to be faster......Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may not have the phone placed correctly on the charger. It has to be slightly off to one side and basically centered on the charging device. Hope this helps!!
