• it is a bad connection to the charger,, therefore take it back to store. When it connects and is good and has been charged for 4 hours prior to use, the lights will be red and green.

• Mine does that too but I find that I may not have placed my phone on the charger correctly or the plug is off. I just believe it's really a sensitive charger. This is my second one and it does the same thing. I don't know if you aware of the new Samsung charger that just came out, it's suppose to be faster......Hope this helps

• My charging pad sequences through different blue and green lights unless the phone is placed on the wireless charging pad face-up and with more of the lower half of the phone on the pad, rather than more of the top half being on it.

• Is your phone in a case? My phone (Note 5) only charges when it is "naked" and out of it's case. The same for my wife's phone (also Note 5).

• You may not have the phone placed correctly on the charger. It has to be slightly off to one side and basically centered on the charging device. Hope this helps!!
