“Will this charger work even if my phone has a protective shock proof case on the back?”

• Depends on how thick the case is, since the charger can only transmit the electrons 2-3mm away at best. I can hold my S6 Edge, with the wallet case on, slightly off the charger and it'll still charge. So as long as your case isn't too thick, it'll work.

• It doesn't work with an otterbox. It lights up like it is working but won't charge it after 6 hours of letting it sit

• It works with my S6 in the shock proof case. You sometimes need to move it around until it syncs with the charger.

• It depends how thick the case is. For most cases it will work unless your case is like 2 inches thick and is made out of metal.

• Yes and no, I had a very thin case on my S6 and it would start charging and then stop sometime throughout the night. If I remove the case it works as advertised.

• it will work with only slim cases, not the thick shock proof cases, its worth getting a thin case
