Will this work with my Galaxy Core Prime phone? null

Not directly. The Core Prime requires a Qi compatible charging coil to receive power from Qi compatible chargers. There are aftermarket manufacturers making cases with the Qi receiving coils built-in which then plug into the micro-USB port on the bottom of the phone. There is no built-in Qi wireless charging coil in the phone, nor can one be easily added by the consumer (within the phone).
