• It should be working with the case i have a speck heave duty and works perfect

• I realize it that phones don't seem to charge with any sort of case on it. So just take the case off, or try charging it with the case and turn on your phone to see if it's charging. I reccommend charging it without a case though.

• I have a huge Otterbox Defender case on my S7 and it charges with no problems at all.
