I found that the blue and gray connectors that are plugged into the back of the wireless receiver, come unplugged very easily...so check them first. Then check the connections at the back of the speakers and make sure they are correct and making good contact.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the same problem, thank God my brother discover the error. It turned out i had the wire in the hole too deep, the connector clamped down the plastic end instead of the metal wire. I took the wire out and reinserted, this time not too deep and everything worked just right, peace !

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem when 1st installing these speakers. Make sure your wired connections are deep into the speaker ends until you have no more play to insert. Also check that the other end of that speaker wire is placed/snapped correctly into the wireless box end. Also, each speaker wire if color coated for left right speaker, make sure it’s attached according to the instruction manual and the speaker end from red to red and black to black. If not, could be you have a defective speaker, I would return to where you got them from if it’s not the speaker connections. Once I inserted the speaker end of the wires all the way and sure enough that worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the polarity is right... Red wire in red slot. Check that the channel hasn't been turned down by using the remote control. Make sure your TV is set for multiple channel output. When all else fails, reboot everything including the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The connection is important. I just happened to have some little wire crimp connecters, they are making a good connection for sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check if both the wires in the smaller speakers are properly connected .. check if the colors red and black are going into the red and black slots respectively and the open wire is pushed all the way inside. If your wireless receiver is showing a steady blue light when you turn on your soundbar then you should be receiving sound on both your left and right speakers. Another issue to check if you pushed the connections in the wireless receiver all the way in until it makes a click sound. Hope this helps you sort it out and you can get to enjoying the surround sound experience !
