A:Answer I had the Geek Squad install mine and they had the same problem and basically what they did was turn everything off and turn everything back on again and they did that 2x and the second time they paired together. The one thing you might want to be made aware of is that you only hear certain sounds from these speakers. When we first got them, we thought maybe they weren't working, but it's only certain levels that come out of them. For instance, watching The Voice, you won't hear the person singing through these speakers but you'll hear the audience clapping, which is something you don't hear from the sound bar. The sub woofer speaker has a bass tone coming from it just about all the time. Hope that helps.
