“I have the HW-M450 soundbar and SWA-8500S speaker package. Can't get the speaker package to work. Cannot get the ID SET message to appear on the soundbar. Called Samsung support - rebooted the soundbar and still no luck when I press the volume button.”

had the same problem...called Samsung and they told me the sound bar was not set up for retail sale but for display only...they were wrong just hold the button a lot longer than what directions say and try several times...it will eventually show up just need to be patient
