“I have the HW-M450 soundbar and SWA-8500S speaker package. Can't get the speaker package to work. Cannot get the ID SET message to appear on the soundbar. Called Samsung support - rebooted the soundbar and still no luck when I press the volume button.”

• had the same problem...called Samsung and they told me the sound bar was not set up for retail sale but for display only...they were wrong just hold the button a lot longer than what directions say and try several times...it will eventually show up just need to be patient
