“I have just received HW-Q70R/ZA along with SWA-8500s/za the wireless rear sound loudspeakers . I have no sound coming through the wireless rear loudspeakers . These are hooked to my new Samsung Q70 QLED 65" tv The Geek Squad set this up . What can I do ?”

If the wireless module light is blinking blue or turns to red, it means there is no connection. What you can do is to try and reset wireless module by pushing small object (toothpick would do) through the little whole on the back on holding it for 5 seconds. After that turn off soundbar then push down and hold volume button on the remote (not switching the volume up and down, but pressing down on the button vertically) for 5 seconds to activate pairing, after a short while soundbar will turn on and if the light is solid blue on wireless module, the connection is successful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If they were working when the geek squad left, I would suggest calling them and getting assistance. I had to call the Samsung tech line to be walked through the setup which got my speakers online. Hope this helps.
