A:AnswerI would reach out to Samsung technical support. The telephone member is in the owners manual. The sound is not very strong coming out of the speakers . Also try raising the sound of the sound bar and then check the rear speakers to be sure there is no sound coming out of them. I have the same set up and it works well! Good luck!
A:AnswerDon’t know. I have a Samsung tv and bought the sound bar and speakers. Had a Panasonic system and was able to connect the speakers to the Samsung. Both connections on back of the speakers is the same. Two leads going in to the speakers.
