A:AnswerHad the same problem. Unfortunately the directions only tell you to push the volume on the remote, but don't tell you HOW. You have to shut the sound bar off, then press the volume button on the remote as if you were depressing the button to mute the volume. Do not flick the volume button up or down because it will not pair. Some of the answers I read in the Q and A said you had to push the volume button UP as if you were increasing the volume, but if fact you have to push the volume button in, as if you were depressing the button, or muting. Then the whole process worked like a charm.
