You are correct. The third piece of the system contains both the wireless receiver that communicates with the soundbar and the two amplifiers that take those received signals and power the two speakers. This third piece must be plugged into an electrical outlet. The system also gives you color-coded speaker wires that run from this piece to each of the two speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have the 2 speakers on each side of the sofa. The wires go to an small hub located between them. I do have an issue with volume. I cannot get any volume out of the wireless speakers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The receiver box has a power cord that plugs into the wall then it has a 2 speaker wires (one to each speaker) from the receiver box, there is no wire required from receiver box to tv/soundbar etc. so.. TLDR there is a power and 2 speaker wires in total the speakers depend on the receivers wire for power and output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The two speakers are connected to the control unit (center of picture on Best Buy website). The control unit is then plugged in an electrical outlet. The control unit is what "wirelessly" pairs to the soundbar.
