• I have the 70 and my 9000s hooked up via blue tooth...same thing, I couldn't plug in adapter so you just might not need it at all. I plugged in the 9000s and ran through the hook up process and it came on instantly - hope that helps

• You need to put the sound bar into wifi mode and go from there. It should automatically connect. The dongle is an adaptor for older models I believe.
