• Hi Larry! When you change the volume of your soundbar, the volume of the SWA-9000S Rear Kit speakers will change to match the volume of the soundbar.^Gina

• Larry, it sounds logical that the rear speakers would stay in sync with rest of the system. But to answer your question I'm not sure.
