• A:Answer Bubby, I had the same problem as well. In order to do it correctly, you are supposed to push the volume button down and not up. Push and hold down and after about 7 seconds the set id window will appear on your soundbar. Good Luck. Salinas

Q: QuestionFinally got the speaker to connect to the sound bar but there’s no sound. I have an hdmi connected from the sound bar to my xfinity box and then xfinity box connected to my Tv with a hdmi if that makes an difference as to why they are not working.
