Please note that the SanDisk Portable SSD USB 3.2 is designed for use with laptops and desktop computers, and it is not supported for direct use with iPhone devices. The included cable is intended for USB-C and USB-A connections on computers, not for connecting to iPhones. For iPhone use, a dedicated phone-compatible SanDisk drive would be the right option. You can check for SanDisk iXpand drives.
