Is this card work in cobra S201 dash cam null

As long as that dash cam takes a micro sd card, then yes, and its supposed to be able to handle more extreme confitions and temperatures so it should be perfect for a dash cam that may get hot in the sun or freeze in the cold, but best to avoid that if possible.
