Please note that the SanDisk USB Flash Drive for iPhone Lightning and USB Type-C works with the SanDisk Memory Zone app, which lets you copy and back up files like photos, videos, and other data. However, Apple’s Notes app doesn’t directly export notes to the drive, you’d need to first save them, then copy them to the USB manually. You may also access the drive using using iOS Files App to manually copy the data.
