YES IT DOES, I HAVE 2 WITH THE PSP, THE ONLY THING THEY ARE SLOW COMPARED WITH THOSE WITH THE PSP LOGO OR BRAND. BUT THEY WORKED FINE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
