• I believe that you can. I think that you may have to bring up your playlist in Itunes and change the properties of all the songs in that playlist to reflect them as a compilation, number the songs and give that folder a name. You will then be able to drop and drag them to the Sandisk. I believe that when you make this change the sandisk will not be able to show the artwork from the CD that the song was originally from.
