“I have downloaded songs to this but there is no option on the player to be able to listen to these songs. Why not? and how are we supposed to listen to our music? The only option is the radio.”

Make sure you place your MP3 files in the MUSIC folder on the player. I also have an external 32gb microSD card with music stored on it. I've arranged my playlists/albums in individual folders within the Music folder on the microSD card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the on-line documentation, for starters. I'm not sure where downloads go. You can plug your ScanDisk into your computer and look to see where the files are--my guess is they'll be in the base directory.
