QuestionI added cover art by placing an image "Album Art.jpg" in the folder containing the tracks for the album. The Clip Sport does NOT display the image when the tracks are being played. Does the Clip Sport require that the art be in the the ID3v2 tag?

- Answer Do not believe that you can. The documentation from SANSA is that this player is designed for audiobooks downloaded from AUDIBLE web site.

- Answer I don't think you can replace the battery on these, I think you just have to buy a new MP3 player. Given how the one I have works, it's kind of worth going ahead and getting a new one.

Questionany way of opening it? It's playing but that is all. Can't turn it off or change from current location. All buttons stop working

- Answer They do not open but sometimes get frozen in a setting. I believe you just hold down the on/off button for about a minute and it will reset. If that is not the correct way to rest it, email Sandisk and they will reply with the proper reset method.

Questioni have 1000 songs on my sandisk player. when i have it on shuffle does it play all one thousand songs or does it repeat songs over and over. thank you

- Answer It can get pretty loud, with files at standard volume being unsafe to listen to on headphones at max volume. It mainly depends on your speakers/earbuds, I'm guessing.
