- Answer This is not an answer, but it is a statement on the response from Sandisk to this question. Sandisk Team, this was a simple question. If you have to "investigate further to provide an appropriate resolution" instead of just answering "yes" or "no", then you don't know your product very well.

QuestionMy son was listening to his music. The player shut off, then said "reloading media" or something. Now everything is gone, folders empty. Plugged it into a computer to use the drive and it is still empty. What can we do to prevent this?

- Answer I've tried two different styles, the dollar tree ear buds and helmet speakers from e bay, and can't hear the music, it just fades out on anything past 40 mph on my motorcycle. And the replay gain is only 19 dbl. which is not loud enough to overcome wind noise with a open face helmet.
