• It shows up in your list of devices on the mac. I loaded mine with no issue.

• Your playlist must be changed over to AAC; burned to a CD; transfer AAC songs from CD to file on computer. Change songs from AAC to mp3's (I did mine through Windows Media Player). You can then drag and drop your mp3's to the mp3 player.
