Yes, but you have to save the Playlist as a .M3U file and make sure the .m3u is in the folder with the songs for that list. My first try failed because I missed the M3U step, but I have the playlists on my player now.

Additionally, if you plan on listening in the car, be forewarned - my car audio system is not compatible with the m3u format, even though the downloaded audio files have the suffix mp3 or mp4. It's like my car can't get through the data format to get to the audio files. Perhaps your car audio system (or headphones or speaker) will recognize the m3u format. After consulting my car's manual, I was disappointed to learn that mine did not, because that's the primary reason I purchased the player. Incidentally, I did contact the SanDisk tech support people about my issue. While they were "helpful", it boiled down to my vehicle's system not being compatible with the m3u format, so there was nothing they could do.
