Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need a USB-A to Micro USB cable from your computer (which should have MP3's on it) to this MP3 player. The small cable that comes with the Clip Sport Plus can be used to download music as well as charge the player. I personally use MediaMonkey as my program to download my MP3's along with less than 500 x 500 pixel album art covers. I think you can use Windows Media Player to download your MP3's to this player but I have not tried it.
