“can you drag and drop music from itunes?”

• iTunes doesn't recognize the device when it's connected. I just drag and drop from Finder/Explorer on to the player.

• If you have iTunes on a computer, then you should be able to drag and drop the music files from your computer onto this mp3 player without using iTunes. iTunes drag and drop feature (directly through the app) has worked on and off over the years, so I am not sure at the moment.
