• Yes. Uses standard USB micro cable (have to match the "D" shape plug with the "D" shape hole), NOT the newer USB-C connector (which you can plug in upside up or down).

• You can charge this with any USB 2.0 Cable A to Micro M/M cable that you can find for a couple of bucks
