- Answer Yes, but it won't record nearly as well as an actual recorder. You'd probably be better off using your phone.

- Answer Music quality is great i'm a DJ and i use my mp3 player which i store alot of my music on and connect it to my controller and it sounds great and the volume will surprise you with how loud it can go.
