I bought the 32 gig version and swapped out the microSD card for a 64 gig SanDisk microsd I happened to have laying around. Not sure if this device would play well with non SanDisk brand cards (some devices are picky) but you should be able to use any size microsd card and it should work.

Please try again later.I'm not too clear on precisely what it is you are asking, but if you're asking if you can transfer files from a 16GB flash drive to a 32GB or higher drive, the answer is yes as long as both are connected to a device capable of performing the transfer (computer or tablet or phone).
