• PNY is a brand. Yes, all FD that I've ever used have been companionable with Windows. Never had a problem.

• Hey, Charles. PNY is a brand name, all usb flash drives will work with windows unless they explicitly state they do not (which I’ve never seen).

• PNY is a brand name. All USB drives are compatible with either Windows or MAC. You may have to format them when you first "plug them in" to your computer. The computer's prompts will tell you what to do.
