Can't open my new Cruzer Glide USB flash drive? null

I cannot answer this because I used the Dell computer and I had no problem when I copied my documents from hard drive to SanDisk, Cruzer Glide 16 GB.

You need to run the executable, .exe, and then once you set it up you can open it.

Go to nearest BestBuy and ask for help.
