Otherwise, you will have to re-install your older version of windows, like win7 or win8.

Your question is a little on the vague side but, to this flash drive? I don't see why not just google install windows with only product key (this is actually how windows support led me to the site) select the operating system and method of install and follow the prompts. When I installed windows 10 I believe the download was under 4Gbs so 16Gb is more than suitable space wise

you should be able to download win 10 from microsoft web site as long you have a valid license and subscription.
