“Super random question, but I am an intern for a University nano-satellite lab and we are looking for SD-cards to put in our flight computer that will go to space. We need at least a 256 GB so our options are limited. Will this card survive in space?”

Hello, please be informed that we have not tested our Memory Cards in space or similar environments on earth. Therefore, we cannot comment on the possibility of the Memory Cards working in space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pretty much all memory cards are certified safe for Airport X-ray machines. I would feel very comfortable sending this card to space. Although Airport X-ray radiation and Space radiation are two different animals altogether, I feel this card would be safe for Space radiation. And this card isn't very expensive.
